Ein bei der Sofortim-plantation entstehender Spalt (Chamber) zwischen Im-plantat und bukkaler Alveolenwand sollte mit Knochen-ersatzmaterial aufgefüllt werden [Degidi]. Die LTS-Frontzahn-Hybrid-Abutments und Gingivaformer sind für dieses Vorgehen vorbereitet und gut an die anatomi-schen Verhältnisse angepasst.
